Book Club

 

Do you like to read, or need an excuse to pick up a book more geared to grown-ups than "goodnight moon"?

Please join our book club!   

A few of the mom's group members have been getting together to read and discuss great books (Quo Vadis, Little Women and Emma to name a few).  We've just started reading Kristin Lavransdatter: The Wreath by Sigrid Undset (the first of a trilogy) and plan to meet in early November, so there is still plenty of time to join in!
We have been meeting out at restaurants for dessert, coffee or brunch, with the location changing depending on who is coming (and where they’re coming from so we can try to even out the commute for people.) Last time we met in Gaithersburg, and we’ve met in Rockville in the past too.
